Beau-quets! Curated with Love

Summer gardens are plentiful, abound with flowers, alive with the whispering wings of Bombus.  Honeybees also emerge and forage on the Calendula, Yarrow and Nigella's.  Borage is an exceptional favorite among the fuzzy friends, and they make a great addition to a sparkling soda.

I share these photos of bouquets, becuase normally I would save the flowers for the garden.  Rescuing the stems that have been bent or turned over.  Sometimes though, I am not so fast as an adoring toddler and a bouquet has been arranged and lovingly handed over with adoring eyes.  From the garden, the 'weeds' and even grasses these photos of bouquets are the result of the love we share for the brightly colored petals.

A collection of Calendula, 'Raspberry' Yarrow, Nigella and some sort of yellow flower that has cropped up unexpectedly.

Roses bouquet from garden
And a bunch of roses, clover and tiny pink flowers whose name evades.
It has been in my son's heart to gift me with flowers, since a toddler of two.  He had plucked up a pot of primrose from the deck and wandered to me, arms held outstretched, smile huge upon his face.  As he passed my flowers to me, happy to share some beauty, it was in that beautiful moment that I realized time stands still.
All my heart,
Court
