Shipping policy
Due to the small nature of Wandering Moth Studio shipping times vary. Please allow two to four weeks of shipment. One of a kind pieces are ready to ship and will ship within a week and made to order pieces are made upon sale. Please allow 3-4 weeks production time. If you need your pieces by a specific date please let me know prior to order and I will try to accommodate those needs.
Upon order completion, all orders are shipped via Canada Post and within Canada ship free. Faster shipping options are available for a small fee. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Wandering Moth Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. All shipments are shipped with a tracking number and agreeing to purchase and ship the item is the onus of the buyer.
